PCR remains one of the most feared complications during cortical removal (1-3). Standard metal I/A tips can carry microscopic irregularities and sharp edges, posing a real risk to the delicate capsular bag (4).

The Medicel SWISS COAXIAL SOFT TIP I/A changes that equation. Made of soft silicone, it visibly bends upon contact, increasing the distance between fragile tissue and exposed metal for safer, more controlled aspiration (4).

Soft & sensitive contact point for capsule and IOL
Perfect grip: Textured handpiece for comfortable handling
Compatible with standard luer connectors
Preassembled with sleeve: No sterilization required

Medical DevEyes Belgium is proud to bring the Medicel SOFT TIP I/A Portfolio to Belgian surgeons. It’s designed to support gentle, controlled, and confident irrigation/aspiration during cataract surgery.
